• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our website or services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Erien Construction and third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website are free of charge. We will provide estimates based on the information you provide.

Project Payments

For approved construction projects, payment terms will be outlined in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Initial deposit may be required to begin work
• Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erien Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the following process:

• Negotiation: We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation
• Arbitration: As a last resort, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Erien Construction operates.

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Erien Construction and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
